Orders ship from Türkiye under agreed Incoterms. DAP is standard, with EXW available when the customer prefers to arrange collection.
Our role
Adesis supports product definition and procurement. Final material selection and process suitability remain with the customer’s technical team; we help make that selected requirement purchasable and deliverable.
Commercial process
Specification, analysis documentation, price, lead time and delivery terms are confirmed in writing.
Orders are processed against advance payment unless another condition is explicitly agreed in the quotation.
Goods ship from Türkiye. DAP delivery is standard; EXW collection is also available.
A confirmed difference between independent customer analysis and the agreed documentation is resolved by replacement or refund.
