How information is used

We use this information to review your inquiry, communicate about products and specifications, prepare quotations, coordinate orders and meet applicable commercial or legal obligations.

Technical and commercial sharing

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with relevant production, sourcing, logistics or professional service parties to evaluate and fulfil your request. Sensitive project details should be identified before submission.

Storage and retention

Submitted RFQ records and attachments are stored for technical review, quotation, order coordination and applicable business record requirements. Uploaded files are not published through the website. You may contact us to request correction or deletion where applicable, subject to mandatory retention obligations.
