Packaging & shipment
Orders ship from Türkiye. Material sensitivity, surface protection, contamination risk and international transport are considered in the packaging route.

Analysis documentation is provided with supplied products. For European shipments, an A.TR Movement Certificate is provided where applicable. If a specific test method or additional report is mandatory, it should be stated at RFQ stage.

Material analysis or composition documentation matched to the supplied product and agreed specification.
Dimensional record
Drawing, inspection record or dimensional confirmation when it is included in the agreed order scope.
Target assembly record
Backing plate, bonding method and assembly definition where a bonded sputtering target is ordered.
European shipment documents
Commercial and transport documents are coordinated for the destination. An A.TR document is provided for applicable European shipments.
Material conformity assurance
A documented response if independent analysis does not match.
Products are supplied against the specification and analysis documentation agreed with the order. If an independent customer analysis indicates a material difference, Adesis reviews the method, sample traceability and supporting result.
When non-conformity is confirmed, the remedy is replacement or refund. The applicable notification period, sample condition and review requirements are defined in the quotation or order terms.
